2020
April: Every show we had has been cancelled or postponed due to Covid-19. It's a real mess but we're all surviving and getting through this and hope that you all are as well. While we've all been practicing this thing they're calling "Social Distancing", we don't agree with what they're calling it. Socially we need to continue to communicate with each other and keep in contact. How about "Physical Distancing"? That sounds better to us!
So, while we've been Physically Distant with each other, we've been working on new material and really pushing into new realms of sound and rhythm. We're excited about the new creations we're putting together and can't wait to play them for you once this is over.
February: Change is good. We've been hard at work with our new drummer Marcus getting him up to speed on the current set list and working on wrapping up the material for an upcoming EP. We're very happy with direction things are going in!

2020 - Annabel Lee is moving forward and are stronger than ever. There’s a whole new level of drive and determination with the group and a very bright future ahead of them.
Annabel Lee began their musical journey back in 2010 as a 5 piece melodic metalcore band. Over the years the lineup has changed slightly and the sound has changed drastically. Exploring the world of extended range guitars and alternate tunings along with a more djent, rhythm based sound has proven to be right direction for the band. With the release of their 3rd album the band is sounding better than ever. Coupled with an intense, energetic live show, Annabel Lee has been making a lot of noise and has grown to be one of the premier metal bands in the Charlotte, NC area. Having played over 100 live shows all over North and South Carolina, as well as Virginia and West Virginia, Annabel Lee is looking to continue to grow and further develop their dedicated fan base.
